Shipping Policy
Regular orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders may take up to 1–1.5 weeks to ship, depending on charm availability or special design requests.
All sales are final, as each case is uniquely made to order. Please double-check your device model and customization details before placing your order.
We process all regular orders within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. International shipping is available, and additional charges may apply. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
Return & Refund Policy
- Standard cases may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
- Custom cases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are designed specifically for you.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Exchange Policy
Custom Orders Policy
Exchanges are only accepted if:
- The product was defective on arrival.
- The wrong item/model was sent.
- Once you submit your custom order information on the Custom Case page, we will review your request and send you an invoice based on the details provided.
Please note that custom orders will not begin processing until the invoice is paid in full. - Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images or designs do not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
- We reserve the right to refuse designs that are offensive, inappropriate, or illegal.
Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Some charms and accessories used for custom Princess Cases are limited or specially sourced. Because of this, custom designs may take up to 1–1.5 weeks to ship while I order and receive the exact charms needed to complete your case.
